Mark Billeb was on time and very cordial. He completed the annual service in a very timely manner. He was also able to repair the low voltage wire leading back to the A/C unit. I told him that if the weather wasn't good not to worry about repaing the wire. He had it completed before the rain hit. I appreciate the hard work that he put in to make sure that it would be completed.Thank you for a job well done!!!!!!

The installation crew were right on time and did a professional job. They were all all professionally dressed and very respecful and great guys. They installed my new modulating furnace, modulating air conditioner, new thermostat, and a new Merv 16 filtering. They installed it all within about 6 hours so don't worry that you will be without air or heat until the next day. They cleaned and vacuumed around and it was cleaner than when they started.I was amazed when they started it up. I asked is it on and he showed me it was running and I had to go to a vent and feel if the heat and later the cooling to verify it was running. Its so quite that we can watch TV without turning the volume up when the furnace comes on.I suggest anyone in the area get a quote from them and thy will be competitive and do a great job.

I contacted Kettle Moraine Heating and Air to check our furnace and determine why it wasn’t running correctly. They said they could have a service tech at my house at 2:00pm. Brett arrived at my house promptly at 2:00 and began working to determine what the problem was. He figured out that the problem was the blower module, but unfortunately he didn’t have the part on his truck. Brett didn’t want to leave me with a inoperable furnace and schedule another service call, so he drove back to his shop to get the part and quickly returned to my house in less than 30 minutes.The new part was installed and the furnace was up and running in no time.Brett is a very professional and knowledgeable technician, and very friendly and easy to talk to. He explains how furnaces work and describes what needs to be done to maintain them correctly. Brett is a great asset to Kettle Moraine Heating and Air, and to his customers!

I had Kettle Moraine in for a clean and tune on my old furnace. I recieved a confirmation text along w a pic of my tech and the aproximate time of his arrival. Dylan arrived on time looked like the pic I recieved and did a great job. The cleaning was thorough and took about 1.5 hours as he had to dismantle a number of parts to do a thorough job investigating and cleaning the Internal parts of the furnace. Pictures of critical items were taken and after the cleaning discussed. Would highly recommend.
