Humidifier installed by Jacob. Very polite and informative. Initially there was a slight issue with getting the correct humidifier installed but that was resolved quickly and Jacob was able to return the same week with the best fitting unit.It’s only been a half hour and I can already feel the difference in the air quality. Since this is day one only I can’t really provide a complete review on the unit, the Aprilaire 700, but will post an update once we have used it for a bit.Overall, at this point, the service was great.
Just had a new furnace installed and from start to finish Kettle Moraine was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. From the estimator who came out to the technicians I would recommend them 10/10 we will definitely be doing any future work that we can with them!
Had a new Lennox & AC installed yesterday. Guys showed up right on time, did a great job and actually completed ahead of schedule. Even helped with setup of new Smart thermostat as well. Could've done a little better job with cleanup though. Overall happy with their work.
