It's been a long process (not the fault of Kettle Moraine) from a power surge in May to the install today, but working with this company has been fantastic from start to finish. The estimate was very thorough. Timur took dozens of pictures and measurements, and he took excellent notes. He was at my home for 2 hours, then wrote up 3 estimates (different efficiencies of equipment, bundles, etc) before driving away.Financing was extremely easy also. Working with Sheri on various issues (again, not KM's doing) over the summer was very enjoyable. She's excellent representative for the company.The installation was fantastic. Bill and Scott took care of everything! My husband barely knew they were there. They came in, took out the old units, and installed the new ones. When they were finished they walked hubby through what they'd done and what we need to do in the future for maintenance.To be honest, we decided to call Kettle Moraine for an estimate because of their tv commercials, which are hilarious. However, after comparing their estimate process with those of other HVAC companies, there was no question about who we'd choose. We had other HVAC companies spend less than 20 minutes with me, and said, "maybe the ac unit works, maybe it doesn't, but we won't know until it's powered up". I want going to take that chance.The professionalism and helpfulness of everyone we spoke with or worked with was just incredible. We recommend Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling most highly.

KETTLE MORAINE, installed my new Lenox furnace in 2016. The install crew was very efficient and completed the install in 1 day. They have performed yearly maintenance service ever since. Brian has been our tech for several years now. He is very personable, knowlegable, focused, and does a great job. He has been proactive in replacing parts known to be problematic or on recall. Always cleans up when done. This year 2024 Aron provided outstanding service PM my heating and Ac systems. Early this October my thermostat froze up and would not work. Aron returned solved the problem and showed me how to reboot it again so I could fix it myself. Thanks Aron and thanks to Kettlemorane Heating and air conditioning for the geat service for the last 9 years.

Matt just finished are Air Conditioner repair. It was leaking water on the floor whenever it ran. He showed me the tubing from the reservoir was plugged. He cleaned it out and checked and cleaned the rest of the system. Very pleasant and helpful.
