They had a very tough job and did it with great professionalism and aplomb. 2nd floor air handler in a closet! Took it out, replaced with new and didn’t ask me to remove part of the wall making the replacement difficult. Don’t know how they connected the new to the old but they did! Plus they had to haul everything up/down to do the job and I never heard a complaint! I’m amazed! And they had to do all the inside/outside work in a steady drizzle/sometimes shower! Everything was done professionally and even with the rain with minimal signs of work having been done. We are impressed with their installation team! High fives to everyone who came to work on our job!!

Lucas installer my tankless water heater and it was flawless. He and his partner was super professional, very communicative, and swift. The whole process with Kettle and Moraine was very pleasant. I am very happy with the job and with the level of professionalism and knowledge on their field. Highly recommend to any one needing any service on their house (they do more than I thought! )

Our water heater broke overnight, and we discovered the water the next morning. I had left a message for Kettle Moraine plumbing, and we were the first service call. Excellent service and cleanup after. I had hot water again by 10 am. Would highly recommend this business! ( I should also credit the service tech Jess Taagen. Great job)

From the moment I called Kettle Moraine Heating, A/C and plumbing this spring I was welcomed and I was confident I was going to receive great service. Today Kettle Moraine Heating, A/C and Plumbing technician Patrick arrived for service. He had sent me a message announcing his arrival time along with his photo. Patrick was professional and thorough making sure we were both correctly informed of the service Pstrick was to perform. He went about his routine and afterward gave me a written summary of his work and that our A/C was in great operating condition. (Next time please take off the winter cover before using A/C...oops) We cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Patrickand Kettle Moraine Heating, A/C and plumbing. We highly recommend that you contact them to service or install your heating, A/C and/or plumbing needs.

Patrick and his team did a great job. During scheduled maintenance he found a bad capacitor on the AC unit and replaced it under warranty. Love these guys.

Mitchel was fast, efficient, answered all of our questions and came up with a solution on the fly when we asked for our water heater to be elevated off the ground a couple inches due to recurrent basement flooding. This was my first time experience with this company having maintenance done on my HVAC system, and to say the least I was over impressed with every factor involved. The service technician, Damon, was extremely professional, listened to my questions, provided me clear and concise answers and was nothing less than top-notch!! There are many companies available for a consumer for this kind of service work, but all I can say is that I was very fortunate to align with such a great company and to be treated like a customer should be treated means the world to me. Again Damyon was extremely thorough, punctual with the appointment and the next service work I need for my HVAC system I will be asking for him once again.
