I highly reccomend Kettle Morraine Heating & Cooling. I'm on a limited income, my house is old & the wiring is questionable so repairs are always complicated. They helped me get my heat going for a reasonable price, they informed me of several options, they talked me through each step & helped me to understand the whole process. I've never had a more pleasant experience with a service tech- he was super conscientious & did follow up. When initially calling, everyone I spoke to, (receptionist, service desk, manager & schedulers) was professional & kind. Not only did I get a call from the tech when he was on his way, but I got a txt from the office also with his photo. Will definitely use them again

Dylan Rohde from Kettle Moraine Heating is the best HVAC tech we have ever had in our home. He went “outside the box” very thoughtfully and discovered the sources of three issues that have plagued us and had not been accurately diagnosed by our previous HVAC firm - which would have cost us at least $1500 to repair. He fixed all 3 at NO COST to us! Wow.

Our church Immanuel UCC in West Bend has a Peace of Mind package. We had out fall maintenance scheduled for Tuesday the 26th of November starting between 8-10:00 AM. Jeremy and Damian showed up at 8:00 as scheduled and began their task of servicing our 5 furnaces and 2 boilers. Everything went off without a hitch. There was one repair done on one boiler, but it was no surprise because we were made aware of the issue that last time, they inspected that boiler. Jeremy and Damian were completed with all the inspections by 2:30. They were super to work with and very courteous to everyone they interacted with.

I was referred to Kettle Moraine thru Home Depot store referral program last yr. After interviewing several HVAC companies, including the one I had used since 1995, I chose to purchase both furnaces from Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling. Great experience with the install and I just finished the annual maintenance and cleaning service. The technician was on time, very professional, reviewed my expectations before starting the work and explained everything to me afterwards. I am very happy and grateful to Home Depot for introducing me to Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling. I also learned today that KM has other services such as radon mitigation, and plumbing. I like the idea of calling one trustworthy company for maintenance projects so that is a plus as well.

It was great that the company sent us a text ahead of time that the technician was on the way with a picture and Information on his favorite sports teams. He was on time And very respectful of property. Everything. looked beautiful when he was done. Meaning the stuff he Installed looked great and to code and everything was clean. He was politeand informative. All-around great experience. The salesman was nice and friendly, and all the staff that I worked with. This install has helped us decide that this company is our new go to for any maintenance.

Everything was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend again.

We had Brett out as a requested technician to inspect our furnace in preparation for the winter ahead. He confirmed all was functioning properly and gave me a heads up that the filter would need to be replaced in the not too distant future.He is personable and I will request him again for inspection of our air conditioner before summer rolls around.

The whole experience working with Kettle Moraine was great! Making the appointment to get a new furnace/AC/humidifier/air filter system was quick and easy. From what I was told by my mom they did a very good job.they where everything you'd expect nice friendly and cleaned up like they where never here walked my mom through everything that I need to know when I got home from work. I won't leave out the sales guy who worked with me while I was at work going over everything. I had 3 quotes done and sat down with my mom and said OK so who do we trust because I was at work and everything my mom has said about them has been good and I am glad we went with them from start to finish If your in the market I would choose them again and they will be doing all my equipment check ups from here on out

Owner placed restrictive pest screens on the intake and exhaust vents off the furnace outside the condo resulting in a back pressure trigger and cycling of the furnace.

Jim Bialk came to tune up my 1 year old furnace and taught me so much about the furnace and especially about the best filters to use. I learned so much from him. You can tell he likes his work skill and is happy to take the time to educate a homeowner. Terrific job 👏 👍 👌 J8m is a real asset to the field. Kudos!

Benjamin R. did several updates for us, (kitchen sink, faucet, and dishwasher venting), bathrooms (toilets), and new utility sink, faucet, and cleaned up the PVC water pipes with copper in the basement. Everything was done to perfection! Highly recommend him and Kettle Moraine Plumbing Services.
