Kettle Moraine is the second company I have used for HVAC service. We were happy with the outcome. Technicians were prompt, courteous and efficient. There was no pushy sales pitch that we endured from the previous company. Time was taken to explain results and I felt that I could trust them.
I contacted Kettle Moraine H/C to help with an AC unit that was recently installed by another company. Besides the system cutting off the previous company wouldn’t return any calls. The estimated wait time for a visit was about 2weeks due to the season. KM was able to fit me in within a week of my initial call. Brandon arrived promptly around 8am. After explaining my issues he ran some tests. He explained everything with great detail and outlined costs. Within 2hrs my issue was resolved. My invoice included a clear breakdown of work and cost including pics of gauge readings for reference. I cannot thank you enough for your service Brandon & KM H/C!
