I've been a customer of the heating and cooling side of the business, for years. Used the plumbing side to have a new sump pump installed, after previous unit died.
Mitch did a great job in a timely manner. Very satisfied with his work and grateful for the fast service, from the initial phone call for service, to the finished install. The new unit is so much quieter than the old one that died.

My water heater stopped working. I called KM at 4 pm yesterday and they were able to get a plumber to my house by 8 am this morning! I've come to rely on KM for all my plumbing, HVAC, and home generator service because they always come through for me.

I recently used Kettle Moraine Plumbing service and was very happy with my experience. We recently noticed that the men's room toilet at our toy store had a slight rock to it. The floor hadn't changed, so we were pretty sure that the plumber who installed the toilet about a year ago hadn't leveled it properly. I called Austin Plumbing and had them come out and look at it. The Plumber spent no more than a minute looking at the toilet, and wouldn't tell us exactly what was causing the toilet to rock. Instead, he rattled off several possible solutions along with their standard pricing for each. The cheapest was $700 plus the $100 trip fee. That made no sense to us, so we told Austin Plumber to leave. Then I called Kettle Moraine. The KM Plumber had the toilet off within 5 minutes, and told us exactly what the problem was. As we suspected, the toilet had not been leveled correctly when it was installed by Austin last year. The KM Plumber quoted a cost of $204 to properly shim the toilet, plus the trip charge of $189 which included, taking the toilet off, determining the problem, and putting the toilet back on. When you compare the two plumbers, I was happy paying the extra $89 to KM. Because KM was able to tell me exactly what was causing my problem, and how they would fix it. Meanwhile Austin wanted $100 just to show up, and then quote me a bunch of "possible" charges with no true assessment of what was causing my problem. I've relied on Kettle Moraine to take care of all our HVAC needs, both at our toy store and my home. From now on, they will also be my trusted plumber.

Had a boiler pipe burst at noon on a Saturday. I had to shut off the main water supply to stop the leak and feared I would have to close my retail business for the whole weekend! Brian volunteered to come help me even though he wasn't scheduled to work. He was able to get the leak capped off and our heat working again by 8 pm Saturday night. We never had to close the store!

We're so thankful KMHAC has such dedicated employees like Brian!

The other estimators did not have the same depth of knowledge and he actually made my project better. I saw that kettle marine heating and air-conditioning had nothing but great reviews . everything about my experience with them was terrific. the Mitsubishi system so far -( we had it for a day ) is very quiet and meets our needs and exceeds my expectations. they are local company with great service and are interested in promoting quality and the product instead of the schmooze. wonderful company so far!

Ryan and his crew did a wonderful job of installing our new air conditioner. They arrived right on time and completed all work in a very timely manner. Every person on the crew was polite and friendly. Ryan took time to show us pictures he took in our attic of all the work that was done and explained the paperwork and the new thermostat.They cleaned everything up before they left as well. I'm very happy that I chose Kettle Moraine. The whole process was excellent. My salesman, Matt, was thorough and informative but not pushy and very respectful of our time. Scheduling was fast and getting the financing done over the phone when I called to schedule took less than ten minutes.

The install guys, led by Craig, were super professional. It was a unique installation because it is a very old house with a small basement and tight stairs but they got it done beautifully. They were great to work with and left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

The new unit keeps my house so much more consistently comfortable than the old dinosaur I replaced. I wish I had done it sooner. I would highly recommend Kettle Moraine to anyone.

Price is part of the Piece of Mind package. Unfortunately the techs had to come back because after they left the blower would not turn off even though the thermostat was at the correct temp and fan was set on Auto. A senior tech came along but they could not replicate the problem. (We had turned the HVAC system completely off. They turned it on and it worked fine). But no complaints, all is well.
