Ryan and the entire crew did an exceptional job installing our furnace and air conditioning system. Ryan did a great job explaining the new thermostat and other equipment maintenance and accessories. The whole team was professional and courteous.

Greg was on time, kept me in the know with the details of what was happening and how long it would take. He knew what time I had to leave and was respectful of my time. He was courteous and friendly. He explained things in a way I could understand without talking down to me. He is welcome to come back to our home the next time!

Aaron and his team were professional, courteous, and efficient while they were installing a furnace and AC in my home a few weeks ago. The furnace has been working great and the crew didn’t complain once about spending several hours in a crawlspace. Hopefully I won’t need a new furnace anytime soon, but if I did, I’d call them again.

The tech texted and called to give a time of arrival. He put on boot covers while in the house. It was nice that he asked if I had any questions or concerns before starting the tune-up. When he was finished, he explained what he checked and the items that were replaced on the humidifier. The visit was about an hour. The tech, Jacob, was very polite and personable. I would recommend Kettle Moriane Heating and Cooling.

I am amazed. After a nightmare of an issue lasting over 2 months with an unethical competitor, I contacted Kettle Moraine Heating in the wee hours of the morning on a Monday, while dealing with the last straw of no reliable heat. Tuesday, they arrived to give me a very reasonable estimate, and the install was completed by 2 pm on Wednesday. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this team is phenomenal.
