Extensive knowledge in state plumbing codes and regulations and ensure work is performed with in compliance of applicable codes. Participate in the training, developing and leading a team by forming relationships that exemplify 5 Star Service for our customers. Use a systematic process for solving technical issues by identifying the problem(s) and all risks involved and selecting appropriate solution. Works with leadership team to provide technical guidance on planning, organizing and overseeing workflows to meet business objectives efficiently. Provide guidance and training to installers on plumbing services. Coordinate with all necessary departments on permits, work orders and any follow-up that is needed. Recognize plumbing issues that do not conform to Kettle Moraine’s expected standards. Continuing education required. Future expectations to be discussed regarding on-call at time of interview.
