A creative, organized, and strategic thinker, this individual is responsible for managing creative projects from planning to execution to evaluation. Work must be of high quality, delivered on time and on budget, and meet business objectives. The marketing department handles many projects simultaneously across multiple channels and collaborates with a variety of individuals including internal leadership, marketing staff, freelancers, and vendors. This is a highly strategic position performing a wide range of duties to ensure marketing needs are successfully met throughout the organization. Reports to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist the Director of Marketing and Marketing Department in the management and execution of marketing projects & campaigns.
• Coordinate people (marketing staff, internal teams, vendors) and resources to
achieve the goals of each project.
• Foster positive relationships with vendors.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Director of Marketing to ensure a smooth workflow, manage expectations, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to keep marketing projects on brand, on budget, and on time.
• Secure appropriate approvals throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and company policies.
• Evaluate systems and processes and refine as needed to improve quality and workflow.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in project management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of work experience in a project management or marketing.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and effective time manager.
• Confidence communicating with peers, leadership team, and outside partners.
• Demonstrated ability at managing, prioritizing, and ensuring projects are completed under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with a hybrid team preferred.
This is an on-site position in our Delafield location. $48,000-$55,000, salary commensurate with experience.
