Dan and both Zaks did a PHENOMENAL job completing my HVAC replacement. From the time they started the replacement they were efficient, neat, minimized old excess equipment in the hallways (I live in a condo), answered my questions and those of my neighbors, and explained every phase of the HVAC installation. The team's attention to detail when explaining the installation and explaining how to operate my new HVAC system was impressive. I feel.very confident operating the thermostat post-installation after the overview provided by Dan.

Our water heater broke overnight, and we discovered the water the next morning. I had left a message for Kettle Moraine plumbing, and we were the first service call. Excellent service and cleanup after. I had hot water again by 10 am. Would highly recommend this business!

This was my first time experience with this company having maintenance done on my HVAC system, and to say the least I was over impressed with every factor involved. The service technician, Damon, was extremely professional, listened to my questions, provided me clear and concise answers and was nothing less than top-notch!! There are many companies available for a consumer for this kind of service work, but all I can say is that I was very fortunate to align with such a great company and to be treated like a customer should be treated means the world to me. Again Damyon was extremely thorough, punctual with the appointment and the next service work I need for my HVAC system I will be asking for him once again. I always encourage people to do their homework and check around, but I can guarantee you every other company will be considered second place down the line.
