Ryan arrived at scheduled time and covered flooring before starting removal of furnace.
They ran into some assembly issues that were quickly resolved. Once new furnace and air conditioner were completed I was taken through use of unit and new thermostat set up. Once they were done they did a very good job of cleaning up and removing floor protection and all old furnace / air conditioning components .
Jacob showed up on time preceded by a courtesy call as to when he’d arrive. Thorough in his scheduled maintenance of our AC. Kettle Moraine is our go to for our heating and cooling needs. Thanks. Great job.
Jim did a great job explaining the service to be completed during the scheduled appointment. He was able to find a solution to not having a water faucet outside the home. Jim reviewed the details of the service he completed when done running standard testing for the maintenance of the unit. He even helped schedule the furnace check for later this year.
