It was time to replace our 17 year old unit and Kettle Moraine provided us with multiple options - installed our choice quickly and fixed several issues created by the original AC. , as always , professional, courteous and knowledgeable ! Even though the outside temp was humid and in the 90s, he worked hard to service my air conditioner for another year ! Winter furnace service. Doug was great. Showed me what he was doing and see the actual performance of the furnace efficiency from a combustion gas meter; still operating at over 95% after 7 years. Also took care of a small 'buzz' with a simple strap install. Thanks!

It was time to replace our 31 year old ac unit after a few no starts. With some reasonable discounts and much more efficient equipment, we upgraded the furnace and a heat pump in lieu of just an ac unit. Regan, Joe, and Ben were all great. Professional, neat, and fast. They answered any questions and walked me through the functions and operations of the new hybrid system. The new thermostat/controls were easy to set up. Super quiet and smooth operation so far, but it has only been 20 hours. Only complaint is NOT a KMHAC issue...the Lennox app is awful, crashes constantly. But I knew that from reviews. As noted, the entire experience over the las 2 weeks from Rick the salesman to Ben, Joe, and Regan the technicians for the install was as smooth as can be and we appreciate them.

Very nice gentleman arrived at my house earlier than they even said so that was nice, he was dressed professionally, did a really good job impressed me a lot, you could tell he knew his stuff, ty👍

Annual AC maintenance service. Brent has serviced our equipment in the past. Professional, efficient and friendly service as usual. Detailed explanation of an issue found and recommended fix. Definitely averted a future problem which, of course, always occurs when the temp is in the 90s and dew point in the 70s. That’s why you have annual maintenance performed.

We recently had a clogged drain recently that caused our basement to flood. I called Kettle Moraine after hours and while they weren’t available to come to our home that night, a technician talked to me on the phone explaining what to do & helping me diagnose the issue. He was so friendly & delightful given it was about 9:30 PM. I wish I could remember his name to thank him personally The next day, Paul Purdy came out and helped us. He went above and beyond just fixing our clogged drain & cleaned our outdoor AC unit as well. He was the best. We got set up with annual services now & can’t wait for Paul to come back out 😂
