Update. 1yr. Lennox AC unit cooled beyond expectations this summer, and better than old unit did when it was new... Electric and gas bills are down considerably. No issues so far.

I’m had this company install my furnace, a/c, and water heater. They are very good at their jobs and very professional.

We had a radon mitigation system installed, they used quality parts and the installer was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this company.

Brian did an extremely thorough job of checking over our AC, furnace and humidifier. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was personable and I didn’t feel like he was only interested in upselling me. He took the time to not only talk over issues he found but also answer questions and explain processes, empowering me with the knowledge to be a more responsible consumer, manage airflow, etc. I am confident our utility bill will be lower after his visit and I would definitely recommend him!

Had a great experience having Matthew Wolf of Kettle Moraine come around and complete servicing and maintenance on our AC unit. Matthew gave me some great education and I felt very well looked after. Kettle Moraine offers a peace of mind package that we pay monthly for ongoing servicing.

We had a new furnace installed in 2023 and a new air conditioner in 2024. We signed up for the annual "Maintenance Agreement". Well, we are 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship, professionalism, prompt service, friendly attitude and excellent products sold.
We have never needed a service call on either machines to date. The annual maintenance is such an outstanding offer. It gives you peace of mind that your investment is being taken care of. The HVAC system was running well all year! Doug came back and performed annual maintenance, cleaning and checking the system. Easy to schedule and work with Kettle Moraine.

Consistent maintenance pays off as small problems are caught and fixed in May before they become a HVAC crisis in July or January. Service personnel are consistently professional. Thank you Kettle Moraine!

September 2025
Dan and crew installed new AC units. They were on time and efficient as they removed the old ACs, explained how they were recycled, and then got the new units in place. They answered questions along the way and gave tips on how to keep the AC running efficiently. I especially appreciate the clear instructions troubleshooting shooting tips that they posted on the blower units.

After receiving a quote from a different company we asked Kettle Moraine Heating and AC to provide a second opinion. Damyon came over and was great, he explained everything to me and outlined what needed to be done to fix our furnace. We will now be going to Kettle Moraine Heating & AC for our HVAC needs.
