My technician, Jim, was very professional. I had a broken WiFi thermostat. He called me ahead of my appointment time with a suggestion to try resetting it. While it still needed to be replaced, I appreciated the suggestion! Jim installed the new thermostat, explained the features and downloading the app. He saw I had a furnace maintenance appointment scheduled in 2 weeks and said he could take care of maintenance the same day so I wouldn't need an extra appointment. Jim was very very professional, personable, and his workmanship was excellent!
Jacob was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, informative, open and honest. He reviewed his service process, findings, suggestions and recommendations. I will request him for future service opportunities and recommend Kettle Moraine to anyone in need of HVAC services.

This was Matt’s second visit to my home. He arrived as scheduled, and I appreciated his call saying he was on his way. Matt explained what he would be doing, what he did, took photos as proof and did an excellent job. Thank you Kettle Morraine.
Dylan did a wonderful job doing my preventative maintenance on my furnace to get ready for a season . He was very polite and explained everything I needed to know.
Ray was amazingly thorough cleaning our gas furnace and replacing the filters. He is very personable. I would request him again.
Today 10/14/25 was the first time Kettle Moraine was ever at my home. David T from the plumbing division professionally diagnosed my issue. I appreciated that he showed me the size of the worn flush valve compared to the new one he would be installing. He explained the valve’s function to insure I understood that this was causing the periodic ghost flushes I was hearing. I loved that he took the time to explain the function and assure me this little rubber item being replaced would alleviate my issue.
Then he went to my kitchen and replaced a Kohler duo strainer where the bronze skim peel had came off. Kohler had given me a replacement duo strainer since the strainer was damaged within in a week of a prior install. David suggested to help insure the bronze finish not peeling off as quickly this time I should turn on the cold water first not dump hot boiling water into the colander and then turning on the cold water to rinse the pasta off like I did when I saw the peel missing after making pasta. Again, I love these helpful tips!!
It was a fabulous first experience he went above and beyond to fix the items on my repair list!!
Even better, I’m excited and looking forward to having my first furnace tuned up on 12/8 with Kettle Moraine!!
I signed up for the annual furnace and AC tuneup plan. Thank you again to Matt in the main office for making my first experience on the initial phone call incredible !! He explained the different levels of plans and I was able to choose the one I thought best fit my needs. 🙌🏻
Since then I’ve spoke to multiple people in the office and everyone has upbeat and friendly.

Matt is an extremely knowlegeable and experienced furnace technician who was very forthcoming with answering my questions about the condition of my furnace. He was verycourteous, cordial, clean cut, and very professional. Also, Matt maintenance inspection was very thorough. He went through the furnace from soup to nuts. I am very satisfied with the service Matt performed, and with Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning.

We had the controller board go out on our furnace 2 years ago and had it relpaced. Our furnace went out again over the weekend so we called Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling this time. Brandon found the controller board was burnt out AGAIN and an additional part now also. The cause of the problem was water leaking within the unit from the air conditioner, which should have been found and corrected by the previous company who replaced the controller board 2 years ago!!
