Miguel came out to provide quotes for repairing our existing furnace and replacing it. He was knowledgeable, friendly and never made us feel pressured. We ultimately replaced our 11 year old furnace with a new Lennox, and I only wish we had known about KM when we bought our previous furnace. They offered a fair price for a two stage furnace, and we decided to enroll in their maintenance program as well. Before leaving, Miguel even took the time to bring up our garbage cans. That thoughtful gesture went well beyond what we’re accustomed to.
Jordan handled the installation and was professional, incredibly hardworking and took the time to chat with me about the Brewers before he left. The installation looks fantastic, and the furnace is whisper quiet and runs much less often than our old one.

KM Heating saved the day! My 28 yr old furnace needed to be replaced just as the weather turned colder. I had a quote from another heating company that made me cry at the cost. KM provided an equal option and better named product for a significantly lower price. Less than 18 hrs later, they arrived to install. They covered my floors to ensure no mess, were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Showed me all the features and answered all questions patiently. Truly wonderful to work with! The installation crew for our HVAC were knowledgeable , professional , and friendly. They kept focus on the work to be done until the job was finished. They also left their work environment cleaner than they found it. They kept us informed as they worked, and made sure we knew how to use the system before they left. They made sure the exhaust pipes looked as good as they functioned on the outside of our house. Great job Matt, Mason and Joe!
