Brent was very polite and thorough working on our AC units. We initially started out with just our yearly maintenance, but found out another problem with a newer unit, which was under warranty and repaired at no cost to us.
Regarding the installation process of two furnaces and an AC unit: excellent. Manny and his crew arrived on time, were respectful of the property and involved me in the decision-making process in regard to where pipes would go to ensure that the plan did not interfere with my use of the areas affected. Questions answered well. All members of the team were pleasant. Very satisfied. Quote process prior to installation was good. No comments yet on the Lennox products themselves since they haven’t been used yet. But so far, very happy with Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling.

New to Kettle Moraine HVAC this year. I was very happy with our visit with Greg W for our annual service appointment this fall. Greg was very knowledgeable and explained and went through everything he was doing and saw. I was super impressed when he even took inventory of our entire HAVC system for their records. Maintenance of everything in my home is important to me and it was bittersweet for me when the service that I used for literally my whole life retired. Great work by a great group of guys from Kettle Moraine Heating and Cooling. Replaced our old 30 plus year old Lenox HVAC system with a new Lenox system.
During a routine maintenance air conditioner check on Tuesday by Patrick, I told him that recently during two very hot days, our 3 year old air conditioner was not cooling as quickly as it usually did. Upon checking things out, Patrick found that our condenser had an unusual issue that was causing it not to cool properly, and was also posing a danger in its current condition. Because of the unusual issue, Patrick’s manager Dustin also came to our house, and they determined that the condenser fan needed to be totally replaced. (Thankfully the air conditioner was still under warranty!)It sounded like it would take until early next week for the fan to be available. To our surprise, less than 48 hours later, Patrick returned with the new part, and got our air conditioner working again.Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend him!!

Matt was phenomenal. Unfortunately he got a little dirty from a poor cleaning from a previous inspector. Everything cleaned up and ready to go. Also helped us trouble shoot issues with heating/ cooling certain rooms.

They were able to fix the work of another plumber who left me in a bind. They were honest and fair in pricing. I am 100% pleased with the work done and highly recommend this business. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and the technicians have always been professional and the work is exceptional!! You will not be disappointed.
Tech was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. We found and fixed the issue very quickly and had my ac back up and running on the hottest day of the year.
