Each year, Lennox’s Feel the Love™ brings together compassion, community, and comfort. Through this Lennox program, dealers like Kettle Moraine Heating & Air Conditioning have the privilege of giving back to local heroes and families who truly deserve a helping hand.
Lennox donates the equipment, and we donate our time and expertise to make sure they come home to comfort they can count on. This year’s recipient reminded us exactly what Feel the Love™ is all about—selflessness, resilience, and heart.
Feel the Love 2025 Recipient
Pamela Wendtland
Pamela was among the many residents devastated by the historic flooding that hit southeastern Wisconsin in August 2025. Her story even made the news — had it not been for her dog alerting her, she may not have survived the rising waters. The flood destroyed nearly everything she owned: her furnace, air conditioner, water heater, washer and dryer, freezer chest, and both her and her daughter’s cars. Although she carries flood insurance, the coverage barely touches the cost of the damage and loss she’s facing.
That alone would make Pamela a deserving candidate for help. But what makes her truly remarkable is that even in the face of personal loss, she’s still focuses on others.
Pamela doesn’t just work full-time — she gives full-time. Beyond her day job, she dedicates countless hours to volunteer work and even founded a nonprofit organization to support people in Tanzania. Recently, she expanded her efforts by launching a branch in Pakistan. When she sees someone in need, whether across the world or right here in Wisconsin, she finds a way to help. Sometimes that means organizing a fundraiser, rallying friends and family, or using her nonprofit to connect those in need to the right resources. As Jim, who nominated her for Feel the Love 2025, put it: “What stands out about Pamela isn’t just what she does for others — it’s how instinctively she puts the needs of others ahead of her own.”
