Commercial Sales Estimator

The Commercial Sales Estimator will be responsible for all aspects of estimation to compile accurate estimates for potential commercial projects.

The Estimator prepares accurate estimates for projects, by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of a wide variety of HVAC equipment, materials, and methods of installation and strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. This position requires establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with customers, vendors, and other key persons. The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth. This position reports directly to the Commercial Sales Manager and will work closely with our sales engineer, project management, and field teams.
