JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Use of Service Titan and Quickbooks to track accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts in the general ledger
• Process jobs/invoices in Service Titan (our CRM)
• Monitor data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring corrections are made when necessary
• Assist in closing financial periods, financial reporting
• Monitor relevant KPI’s and develop process changes to improve our results
• Become proficient at Service Titan so as to be a go-to for questions
• Communicate with customers when needed to complete paperwork, process payments, and answer questions
• Work on projects as needed; could involve Excel, Tableau, and/or other tools
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned, including participating in cross-department team

Education/Experience Required:

• 2-years accounting
• 2-years Quickbooks

PLUS ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 4-years accounting experience
• 2-years Payroll processing experience
• 2-years experience with Service Titan
• 2-years experience in an HVAC company

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our sales team by educating customers about our company, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with heating/AC needs. Key responsibilities include familiarizing yourself with our mission and goals, building rapport with customers, and maintaining a positive brand image. The Journeyman Electrician must have adequate ability in troubleshooting and proficient knowledge and practice of safety procedures.

The apprentice installer works and learns under the direction of the lead installer.

Assist in the installation/repair/maintenance of a wide range of plumbing projects which can include both residential and commercial. Heavy lifting is required. A clean driving record is required.

A Maintenance Technician must be able to provide a base understanding of troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues, display professionalism and integrity at all times to deliver 5-star service. This is a full-time hourly position with opportunities for overtime. A clean driving record is required for this position.
