Kettle Moraine replaced my 23 year-old home HVAC yesterday. What a great job! The replacement is a Carrier heat pump/two stage furnace system, and quite an upgrade from my original. Kettle Moraine offered by far the best price/value for the system proposed, and everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.The process couldn’t be more customer focused. Everything is tidy, with attention to detail, and all done in less than a day. From the initial request for an estimate, Kettle Moraine was prompt. After agreeing on terms, installation was scheduled the next day. Three technicians arrived to remove the old system, prep, and install the new. As the work progressed, two more arrived, including the electrician to be certain the hookup was done well. In the end, all the work areas are cleaned up, and I was given a thorough tour of the components, including instructions for operation and maintenance, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I’m very pleased.

We had Kettle Moraine H&AC replace our two furnaces in our home and were very pleased. Their "comfort advisor" was quick to respond with a visit and a quote. He asked questions and provided great explanations for our options and his recommendations. Did not over sell or push us into extra stuff. The final install re-used a number of our existing heating / cooling equipment (zoning, thermostats, filters). The install was planned within and week and the team that came finished in one day. They were professional, very respectful of our home and made friends with our french bulldog. I would highly recommend Kettle Moraine H&AC for new installs or for seasonal maintenance work.

Paul was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out what was wrong and got me fixed up. He also gave me options for replacement as my ac unit was far older than I was led to believe, and my furnace wasn't well maintained. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything but made sure I was aware of my options. It was just a really great overall experience.
Today, we had what might have been the 4th time we went with our 'go-to' company for their electrical services. Once, in January 2025, it involved the complete re-wiring of a kitchen/dining ceiling fan. The other times, including today, involved repair of an outdoor sodium vapor light fixture about 13 feet up on the peak of our garage. Our street is very dark and almost all of my immediate neighbors are in their 70's. We live on a large lot and the garage light shines on the entire southern portion of my side yard. The light makes it to the back and side yards of our neighbors. The RAB company I bought the light from stopped making the fixture we have and went with LED lights. While they might last longer, they don't have the light throw of my sodium vapor light. The garage side of my house was re-sided last month and the siding company took the fixture down. KM Solar and Electrical came out the next day to put it back up. I knew I should have taken the opportunity to put in a new ballast and igniter. Last evening (4-16-25) my wife said the light wasn't on at night. Power got to the timer. Bulb didn't ignite. I contacted KM Solar and Electrical through their web site. Got a call from Jim V. at KM. He came out today himself to get the light operational. Rather than wire in a new ballast/igniter, I had another complete fixture that I re-habbed two years ago and put new guts into it. As I told Jim the importance of the light, one of my neighbors came over to tell me it wasn't on last night but was on for a brief time this morning. Jim had the new fixture wired in and mounted within 20 minutes and the bulb fired up. We're back in business. That is, until the next time this light fixture fails. I went so far as to buy another RAB sodium vapor light fixture on e-Bay similar to the two I have. Now I'll have 2 spare fixtures and an extra ballast kit. We, and our neighbors, are greatly appreciative of KM Solar & Electrical's repsonsiveness to our plight and pulling out all the stops to fit us in. Thanks, KM S& E, and to Jim !!

Had 2 separate team come to install my new AC, and electrical team and HVAC team. Both were courtious, laid down coating on the floor and stairs and did a great job.
The technician was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they walked me through every step and made sure all my questions were answered.
Nik and his crew were great. They replaced the old water heater quickly. Nik showed me how to use the new one quite well. Finally, they left the area clean. And, this was done quickly - I called this morning to get a new system. 6 hours after I called, the new unit is in place.
