How much is a service call/diagnostic?A plumbing diagnostic visit is $169, and we apply that toward any approved plumbing
repair of $169 or more.
How long will it take? The time depends on the issue and the testing required. The $169 covers the standard
diagnostic visit, rather than a set number of minutes.
Is a diagnostic/answer guaranteed during the diagnostic visit? The $169 covers the plumber’s standard diagnostic process. Most issues can be
identified through that process.
So it's $169 just to come out?No. The $169 covers the plumber’s standard diagnostic of the issue, not simply the trip
to your home. It is also applied toward an approved plumbing repair of $169 or more.
