Our service call price includes our travel time to your house and the first half hour of work - there is
No Extra "Trip Charge". Because there are a wide variety of possible repairs, which all require
different amounts of time to fix, we charge by the quarter hour after the initial service call rate. We
find this is most cost effective for our customers, as they are only paying for the time required to fix
their particular problem, as opposed to "Flat Rate" pricing, which often results in customers paying
for more time than was actually needed.

We service all major makes and models. We take pride in doing the job right the first time and guarantee all of our work. While we
are always only a phone call away, there are some things you can check yourself before you call. Try these do it yourself fixes and if
you are still having problems, give us ring!
Tips for no heat or no cool
Check the breaker/fuse box to make sure a breaker has not tripped or a fuse has not blown.
Check the power switch on the furnace and make sure it is in the on position .
Check the filter. Filters should be checked for build up every month and should be replaced accordingly - usually every 1-3 months
for the thin, 1" filters and 6-12 months for the thick, media filters.
Check your thermostat to make sure it is set correctly. If the model in your home requires batteries, they should be changed annually.
Tips for no cool
Check the outside unit for blockage. There should not be anything resting on top of the unit and tree limbs, bushes and grass should
be trimmed around the unit.
Check the disconnect box for a blown fuse in older units, or to make sure switch is on in new units.
Check drain hose/pan for blockage.
Tips for no heat
Check the pvc venting for blockage.
Check the access door on the furnace to make sure it is shut and properly in place.
